This notice describes the marketing website’s demo form. It does not describe data held inside the HarpethIQ product.
The details you provide
The form asks for your name, work email, and organization. You can also include an optional message about what you want to explore. We use these details to respond to your request and arrange a conversation.
How the request reaches us
The website sends the request to the HarpethIQ API, which delivers it to our team’s mailbox through Microsoft Graph. A successful form confirmation means the API accepted the delivery request; it does not reserve a calendar appointment.
Context included with your request
The request includes the page path and query string, the referring website’s hostname if available, your browser’s language, timezone, and screen dimensions. The server adds the receipt time, IP address, and browser user agent. These details provide context for the inquiry and help diagnose delivery problems.
Website resources
This site loads its font from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts that service to retrieve the font files. The website’s interaction events do not include your name, email address, organization, or message.
Keep sensitive information out of the form
Please do not include patient information, credentials, or other confidential records in a demo request. Discuss any secure data-sharing requirements directly with our team.
